Key Responsibilities:
- IES Gateway Integration: Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway, ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation.
- Solution Architecture: Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage IES Gateway capabilities for grant management and financial reporting.
- System Integration: Create robust integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing integration solutions while ensuring adherence to both Salesforce and state system standards.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet federal and state security requirements, implement proper data protection and audit mechanisms.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with DECAL stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex integration needs into technical solutions.
- Grant Management: Design solutions that leverage IES Gateway for streamlined grant processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration components, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
- 2 years’ experience with government system integrations.
- Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
- Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware).
- Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
- Salesforce Certified Developer Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with government stakeholders.
- Strong project management and documentation abilities.
- Leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams.
- Analytical approach to solving complex integration challenges.
- Previous experience with state-level system integrations.
