Overview:
GlobalPoint is seeking an experienced Workday Pro Integration Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong focus on Workday integrations. This role requires a Workday Pro Integration Services Certification and extensive expertise in designing, developing, and managing Workday integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations across various platforms and applications.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.

• Develop and maintain Workday integration solutions, including Studio, EIB, Workday APIs, and other tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless functionality.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and integration standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring best practices in integration development and implementation.

• Stay informed about updates and new features in Workday to optimize integration processes and solutions.

• Document integration designs, processes, and configurations to maintain a robust knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a significant focus on Workday systems.

• Workday Pro Integration Services Certification is required.

• Proven experience with Workday integration tools, including Studio, EIB, Workday APIs, and connectors.

• Strong technical skills in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other relevant technologies.

• Solid understanding of ERP integration best practices and data migration processes.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to complex challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Workday with other ERP platforms or third-party systems.

• Knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and financial system integrations.

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS models.

• Previous experience in a global or enterprise-level organization.
