GlobalPoint is seeking an experienced Workday Pro Integration Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong focus on Workday integrations. This role requires a Workday Pro Integration Services Certification and extensive expertise in designing, developing, and managing Workday integrations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations across various platforms and applications.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.

Develop and maintain Workday integration solutions, including Studio, EIB, Workday APIs, and other tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless functionality.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and integration standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring best practices in integration development and implementation.

Stay informed about updates and new features in Workday to optimize integration processes and solutions.

Document integration designs, processes, and configurations to maintain a robust knowledge base.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a significant focus on Workday systems.

Workday Pro Integration Services Certification is required.

Proven experience with Workday integration tools, including Studio, EIB, Workday APIs, and connectors.

Strong technical skills in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other relevant technologies.

Solid understanding of ERP integration best practices and data migration processes.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to complex challenges.
