Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to support the integration of SAP Accounts Payable processes due to a recent acquisition. As part of a global integration initiative, you will play a critical role in aligning processes and practices across multiple teams and locations, including the UK and Poland.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our organization handles accounts payable, approval authorities, and vendor management. You will work alongside a dedicated and experienced OCM Leader who values strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovative approaches to change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts related to the SAP Accounts Payable integration, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
- Standardize Segregation of Duties (SoD), approval authorities, and escalation language to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Update vendor contact information to align with parent company requirements and implement the "No Purchase Order, No Pay" policy.
- Collaborate closely with the OCM Leader, to develop strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and training approaches.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand roles, relationships, and impact levels, tailoring engagement accordingly.
- Perform change impact analysis and assess change readiness prior to go-live.
- Create and deliver communications with internal AP teams, approvers, vendors, and global teams, with a focus on collaboration and consistency.
- Create a training plan for each stakeholder group, potentially author some training content, and organize training sessions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an OCM Consultant, with a focus on SAP Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage global team interactions.
- Ability to work during EST hours and collaborate with international teams.
