What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Specialist position at GlobalSource IT?
GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client request for an IT Specialist that can support their remote staff and application teams with any current hardware or application based Level 1/2 ticket requests. This would include things like hardware diagnostics, hardware inventory or procurement procedures, application support (Office or 3rd Party), and Windows/Mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will also have strong O365 and Azure support (Teams, Power Platform, etc). This person will be essential to keeping their remote team members working effectively and efficiently as well as help provide improvements to the IT vision. This is a Full Time/Direct Hire opportunity that can be supported 100% remote.

- Must have over 6 years of IT Specialist or Support based roles
- Strong experience working with Microsoft/Office 365, Azure, and Power Platform
- Ability to work with a variety of clients and users with the ability to prioritize tickets as they come in
- Strong communication will be essential for this role as you work with direct users
