We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a key client initiative—a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA implementation. This is a hybrid role based in the Vernon Hills, IL area, with a duration of 12 months and potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading large-scale ERP implementation and upgrade projects, particularly with SAP, and thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strong, decisive leadership to project teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing effective contingency plans as needed.
- Engage and influence senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with SAP capabilities.
- Develop and implement robust project governance structures to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Drive project execution in global environments, managing diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager on multiple ERP implementation or upgrade projects, with a strong preference for SAP expertise.
- Extensive experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams through complex initiatives.
- Strong risk identification and management capabilities in large-scale IT projects.
