Job Overview
We are hiring a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant to provide Tier 2 support and manage configuration changes, enhancements, and business process optimizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting open enrollment, year-end processes, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for Workday, troubleshooting and resolving integration, configuration, and system performance issues.
- Manage configuration changes, including updating business processes, adding fields, and refining validation rules.
- Support key Workday functions related to open enrollment, year-end processing, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Resolve calculated field issues, ensuring accurate reporting and data flow.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance by ensuring all Workday updates align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify system enhancements, analyze business needs, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
