Warehouse Worker-Varied Jobs

Come grow with us! A Wisconsin company seeking warehouse workers in the rapidly growing industry of battery recycling. Applicant MUST have a great attitude and be adept at working independently, and with teams. You must be prompt, hard working, and caring towards others. We are also in the business of removing batteries from the waste stream to repurpose and resell, so feel good about your job, environmentally, while working with a great company!

• Hourly Wage: $20.00/hour!
• Job Location: Fox Lake, Wisconsin.
• Minimum hours needed to work per week 20 hours.
• Full Time: Our hours of operation are 7am to 3pm M-F
• 1- 15 minute paid break @ 10am
• (1) 30 minute paid break at noon.

- PTO (Paid Time Off): Employees start earning Paid Time Off immediately! New employees will earn .07 hrs of PTO for every hour worked, which equates to about 140 hrs of earned PTO/yr. Yes, we are maxing out your PTO for new employees.

- Bonus: Employee end of year bonus, approx. $1000 if a full time employee; if employee averages 20 hours per week, for the year, they will earn $500…etc.

JOB DUTIES:

• Running Diagnostics tests to determine if batteries are waste or can be refurbished.
• Packaging and shipping,
• Sorting Batteries
• Disassembly: Dismantling large battery packs, like EV and Hybrid Vehicle batteries.
• Recording weights onto designated forms.
• Lifting heavy loads repeatedly. Occasionally, you would be expected to lift up to 100lbs, this is not very frequent though. 50 lbs. frequently can be more common, but it is not common to do this for an extended period of time. We encourage team lift when weights are higher.
• Standing for long periods of time... Some job duties do allow for long periods of sitting as well, but most of the time you will be standing.
• Collaborating as a team! We are a team, so team plyers only need apply!
