About the Role :
We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Senior Client Partner to lead our efforts with high-tech clients. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess outstanding communication skills, have a successful sales background, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Formulate and execute strategies to optimize sales opportunities while managing all facets of client relations. Enhance customer engagement to secure high levels of satisfaction and retention, and identify opportunities for up-selling.
- Sales Process Management : Oversee the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, and contract completion. Develop, negotiate, and finalize long-term agreements with clients in your assigned territory, including complex quotes and RFI / RFPs.
- Business Development : Generate new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and various lead generation techniques. Manage the sales cycle effectively, which includes arranging and delivering impactful presentations and closing deals.
- Collaboration and Delivery : Work collaboratively with business, delivery, and technology teams at Globant. Engage closely with tech leaders as well as on-site and offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Executive-Level Engagement : Conduct executive-level discussions, tailoring solutions to meet client needs. Deliver persuasive software demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting and Insights : Provide detailed reports on account activities, opportunity statuses, and other relevant information to guide organizational decision-making.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in developing, negotiating, and managing clients with potential revenue of $50M / year. Strong comprehension of RFIs / RFPs, contract formulation, and strategic sales negotiation.
Proficient at recognizing and leveraging up-sell opportunities. Capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
Comfortable conveying technical and business concepts to various audiences, including executives.
