We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team for the 11:45pm until 8am shift. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.

- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
