What youll do
- You will troubleshoot and identify issues with existing fiber optic wiring during service calls
- You will locate and dig to identify existing cable.
- You will repair or replace cable
- You will splice fiber optic cable
- You will perform any restoration after digging
- You will greet & treat customers with respect
- You will review all requested services with the customer
- You will interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times
- You will communicate with the supervisor and dispatch regarding work status.
