Summary
Under the direction of the Production Manager, responsible for all coordination of HYTAC / ESS Batch Cards, from generation through production and final inventory. Works with Sales, Production, and Quality to ensure customer and company satisfaction align with company vision and values.

Majority of work is performed in a manufacturing environment with noise levels within safety limits and acceptable lighting and temperature conditions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure continuity of workflow for all HYTAC / ESS Batch Cards
- Enter and ensure accuracy of data within the ERP system
- Oversee the ESS WIP database
- Communicate with internal customers as needed to update order status
- Provides internal sales support for HYTAC / ESS customers
- Review Batch Cards prior to release to production for legibility and information requirements
- Confirm material/supply requirements for released jobs with sufficient timing to prevent downtime
- Participant in Production scheduling meetings
- Assist with QC stamping/production workflow
- Adhere to Business Management System requirements
- Administering Cycle counts as necessary
- Coordinates efforts with sales, accounting, logistics, and operations.
- Builds priority for stock materials and monitors material requirements.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate & enter data into standard Windows-based computers

- Process understanding of issues relating to mixing ingredients to make products
- Ability to operate equipment (forklift)
- Ability to read and understand QC inspection documentation
- Visual acuity to identify surface quality defects 1/32” and larger
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Regular exposure to noise, dust, high heat, and chemicals; regular exposure to typical office environment
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Frequent driving and occasional flights to customer locations within the United States.
- Constant use of hands and constant reaching with hands and arms
