We are looking for a sales representative to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and / or services. Responsibilities : Demonstrate, promote, and sell insurance products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups. Customer Support : Assist customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Reporting : Track sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and report on performance regularly to management Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts. Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients’ requirements.
