This is a remote job that involves working from home. Key Responsibilities : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications : Proven experience in customer service and / or inside sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
