Position Overview : As an Entry-Level Sales Manager at Globe Life | American Income, you will play a dual role. You will be responsible for driving your own personal sales production while also stepping into a traditional sales management position. Key Responsibilities : Personal Sales Production : Drive and manage your own sales pipeline by meeting with veterans, union members, and their families to offer customized life insurance solutions. Sales Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of sales agents. Help build and develop the team’s skills, providing guidance, training, and support. Training & Development : Take part in the comprehensive training program to learn about the life insurance industry, specifically in the veteran and union sectors. Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
