Position Overview : As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build your own insurance agency within our organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals of any experience level looking to start a rewarding career in sales and leadership. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from industry leading producers to develop your skills as both a salesperson and a leader. Key Responsibilities : Participate in a structured training program to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and leadership skills. Work closely with experienced sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives to build a high-performing team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings potential. Qualifications : Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales and management. Strong ambition and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A professional license in Life & Health is required, but guidance will be provided through the licensing process for top candidates!
