Position Overview :

This is an exciting sales opportunity where you’ll be responsible for helping families secure their financial futures by offering life insurance solutions. As a commission-based agent, your income potential is uncapped.

We provide leads at no cost to you through the union members we work with, so you’ll have a steady stream of potential clients to reach out to. You’ll also receive hands-on training with top producers and high-income earners to ensure your success. Whether you’re just starting in sales or have experience, we provide ongoing mentorship to help you reach your full potential.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Commission-Based Pay : The earning potential is uncapped. On average, agents earn between $60,000 - $150,000 annually, based on performance. Your income is directly tied to your effort, allowing you to increase your earnings as you grow in the role.
• Residual Income : One of the most powerful aspects of this position is residual income. This means that after you make a sale, you continue to earn a percentage of the commission for as long as your clients maintain their policies. In other words, you’ll earn ongoing income each time your clients renew or make payments, creating a passive income stream that grows over time. This is especially beneficial for agents who build a strong client base, as you can continue to earn money from past sales while focusing on acquiring new clients..
