Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Warm Lead Sales - Insurance position at AO Globe Life. The role involves engaging with warm leads, utilizing effective communication and customer service skills to understand customer needs, and presenting suitable insurance options. This role requires sales expertise, training, and sales management capabilities to provide exceptional service to customers.
In this role, you will assume a vital position in securing families’ financial well-being.
Typical day-to-day tasks include:
• Conducting virtual consultations with clients
• Assessing clients’ needs and imparting knowledge on solutions
• Cultivating lasting client relationships through consistent, periodic check-ins
• Completing related administrative tasks (like note taking, appointment setting, etc.) as needed
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong sales skills
• Experience in sales training and management
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
