We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong team player mindset and be motivated to learn! We will train anyone with a true interest in life insurance and desire for growth and personal development. More of a second shift with some flexibility.
Responsibilities :
Meet with clients that inquire about benefits.
Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals.
Provide guidance on benefits administration.
Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Qualifications :
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Thriving learning mindset, with ability to adapt and adjust effectively to new situations.
Capable of thriving both collaboratively as a team and individually.
Exhibit an unwavering work ethic and a strong drive for success.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus, but not required (no license needed).
Compensation :
Commission-Based : Uncapped earning potential.
Agents can earn $60,000 annually, with top performers earning well over $100,000 per year.
