Role Overview As a Benefit Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they get the most value from our services. Your job is to increase client retention, improve satisfaction, and proactively address client needs. You’ll work closely with our fulfillment team to make sure to deliver results. What you’ll do : Meet with client and provide the best solution to secure their financial future Assist client and fill in any existing benefit gaps, help them understand the importance of having enough coverage Think critically, work productively and prioritize effectively. Natural communicator, give client confident. Experience & Qualifications : ✨ Highly motivated by the opportunity to earn through results, with a strong determination to successfully close deals and ensure timely funding. ✨ Passionate about achieving targets and consistently exceeding expectations to contribute to personal and company success. ✨ Drive to deliver results ✨ Develop and recommend product enhancements to help find insurance solutions for customers. ✨ Must be knowledgeable about the insurance products they sell and the regulations governing the insurance industry. ✨ Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options. ✨ Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
