As we expand, we’re looking for a Benefits Advisor to ensure our clients achieve their goals and stay with us long-term.   Role Overview As a Benefits Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they get the most value from our services. Your job is to increase client retention, improve satisfaction, and proactively address client needs. You’ll work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure delivery of results. What you’ll do : Meet with clients and provide the best solution to secure their financial future Assist clients and fill in any existing benefit gaps, help them understand the importance of having enough coverage Think critically, work productively and prioritize effectively. Natural communicator who inspires confidence and trust in clients.
