YOUR JOB:
- Meet with our private groups (Unions, Veterans, etc.), and review their benefits
- Help them build a plan that is tailored to their lives and individual needs
- Determine their medical qualification
- Complete their application & send to underwriting
- Follow up with clients as they are in the underwriting process
- Help them file claims against their policies when needed

- 1st Interview: After reviewing your resume, if chosen to advance you will receive an email to select an interview time; the first interview is done over a 15-20 minute phone call. - 2nd Interview: Due to the high volume of applicants, the second interview will start out as a group overview that will go over company culture, pay structure, career paths, and more. Then you will be interviewed one-on-one with our hiring manager. This will be conducted remotely, and a conditional offer will be made if you are a good fit.
- Licensing: Our industry is federally regulated. You do not need to hold an insurance license to apply. If you are a good fit, we will help you obtain the proper licensing. Your employment will be conditional on you obtaining this license. Licensing can be done as quick as 4-6 days, but is dependent on your efforts.
