Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Remote Client Consultations:
Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals and needs.
Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs in a clear and accessible manner.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Address inquiries, assist with policy changes, and support clients through claims processes.
Act as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Foster Long-Term Relationships:
Follow up periodically to review clients’ evolving needs, update policies, and provide personalized support.
Build rapport and establish trust to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Uphold Compliance and Documentation Standards:
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and professional practices.
Qualifications:
