Responsibilities:
In this role, you will immerse yourself in our established sales system, focusing on continuous improvement and personal growth with a 1% better each day mindset. You will lead and mentor sales agents, fostering leadership and a results-oriented foundation while exemplifying best practices. Your responsibilities include driving new business by presenting to local companies, generating new accounts, and building a sustainable referral stream using our proven methods.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in direct, outside, or business-to-business sales, demonstrating an ability to work autonomously and effectively manage their own schedule. They should possess strong relationship-building skills, be goal-driven, and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Additionally, an active insurance license is preferred, but candidates willing to obtain it upon hiring will also be considered.
