Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Lincoln, NE. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting and selling our supplemental benefits packages, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience, customer relationship management, and client acquisition abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
