Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pensacola, FL. As an Entry Level Manager at Globe Life - Liberty National Division, you will oversee daily operations, guide and motivate the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes managing client relationships, providing training to team members, and ensuring organizational goals are met.
