We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding team as an entry level sale to management position. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided set appointments make effective qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred but not necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Resultsdriven with a passion for sales Excellent problemsolving and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM softwareResponsibilities : Identify appropriate prospects and target markets to expand the client base Set appointments and conduct effective qualifying sales calls to understand client needs and identify potential solutions Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals in all service categories offered Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges Provide regular sales reports and updates to managementPhysical Requirements : Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed Must be able to lift and carry presentation and enrollment materialsCompensation and Incentives : Average first year income is $50000$80000 with the potential to earn more based on performance Competitive sales and management bonuses Industryleading incentives including up to 4 companysponsored vacation trips per year Handson training in both classroom and field settings with experienced top performer managers Accelerated growth potential with the possibility of moving from sales rep to team leader within 30 days Lifetime vesting in renewals ensuring you are paid for past performance Ongoing corporatesponsored sales and leadership training seminarsThis is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart their sales career and grow within our organization.
