What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Dry Van Driver position at Globe Logistics?
Job Description :
We are looking for Class A CDL Dry Van Drivers.
Base Pay : $0.65 CPM for all miles (both empty and loaded).
Extra Pay :
Additional pay for extra stops.
20 detention pay (if the delay is not the driver s fault).
150 layover pay if we leave the driver without a load.
Bonuses :
Monthly safety bonus of 0.05 to all miles for the previous month. The only reasons a driver wouldn t qualify for this bonus are if they receive a DOT violation, damage our equipment, or fail to follow safety rules.
Sign-on bonus of $2,000, paid in two parts : $1,000 after 6 months and another $1,000 after 1 year.
Equipment :
Most of our trucks are 2023 or newer Freightliner and Volvo models, equipped with microwaves, refrigerators.
