Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and well-rounded technologist to head our in-house Web & Mobile Framework for crafting and assembling the next generation customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the mobile and web development practices by setting standards around how we work such as coding practices, architecture patterns, security, deployment, integration, testing and quality strategy.
- Drive inner-sourcing practices within the organization. Create a culture of collaboration where contribution is the default over consumption.
- Promote components contribution and reusability, organize tech-talks and training, setup leaderboards and “gamify” the entire inner-sourcing practice to create stickiness.
- Partner with stakeholders from all levels within the business, product, design and technology. Build trust and empathy by aligning technology with business objectives.
- Strategize framework adoption. Campaign for consistency, reuse and standardization.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for new features, enhancements, and fixes.
- Set team goals. Be a motivator. Maintain a hands-on engineering approach towards mentoring and up-skilling.
- Continuously improve self and teams to keep pace with new and emerging trends in technology.
