Job Description
Manage and supervise a team in day-to-day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning & execution and performance tracking & optimization. As the Performance Marketing Lead, he / she must stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement media plans that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Allocate media budgets across various channels based on the effectiveness and ROI of each channel.
- Work with agency partners and publishers to negotiate media buys with vendors and media partners to secure favorable rates and placements.
- Regularly monitor and analyze media campaign performance, and adjust media plans as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Closely work with Marketing Analytics and Digital Channel owners (i.e. Website, App) to improve funnel performance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior media staff, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support as needed.
