Job Description:
- LLM Customization & Optimization Fine-tune, pre-train, evaluate, and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) using diverse data sources.
- AI Agent Development Design and build AI agents that generate responses for common questions and reports based on structured and unstructured knowledge bases.
- API Development Design and develop scalable HTTP APIs to integrate LLM-powered virtual agents with user interfaces such as web applications.
- Lead the fine-tuning, training, and optimization of generative AI models for various business use cases.
- Develop APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration of AI models into enterprise applications.
- Implement RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and other techniques to improve model performance.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with engineering, data science, product, and cloud teams to align GenAI capabilities with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI engineers and developers.
- Drive AI innovation by evaluating new GenAI research papers, tools, and frameworks.
- Performance & Monitoring
- Set up model evaluation metrics, A/B testing, and continuous monitoring for AI solutions.
- Implement bias detection, explainability, and fairness mechanisms in AI workflows.
- Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for AI, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow).
- Experience in cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).
- Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and mentoring AI teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master s/PhD in AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video).
- Contributions to AI research, patents, or open-source projects.
