Job Description:
GLOBOFRUIT, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Filler to join our team. The Order Filler will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on order sheets and packing lists.
Inspect products for quality and freshness before packing.
Ensure all items are packed securely and labeled correctly for shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed to move products.
Verify the accuracy of orders, including item quantities, weights, and packaging materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
Report any damaged products, discrepancies, or shortages to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in order filling, warehouse, or production environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (training will be provided if necessary).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic math skills for order verification and quantity checks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
