Our client is a SEC Registered Investment Advisor focused on building global, multi-asset class investment portfolios for individuals, families, and non-profit institutions.
The Firm is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data in support of trading, operations, and client portfolio activity, such as opening and funding accounts, tracking investments/withdrawal, transfers, etc.
- Review data, transactions, and performance to identify issues and correct discrepancies.
- Reconcile, run, and distribute client reports with 100% data accuracy.
- Prepare balance sheets, create meeting materials and ad hoc analysis.
- Communicate with colleagues, investment managers, family offices, business managers and accountants.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with 1-2 yrs experience.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively, with strong organizational and planning skills. Able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with reporting systems a plus.
- Exercise good judgment and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Experience working both independently and as part of client team.
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Desire to work in a collaborate team-based culture with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
