Our client is seeking a temp Executive Assistant for a 4-month maternity leave coverage to start ASAP to lend support to various senior level executives within the Global Investment Team. This person will support two Managing Director and two Directors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment using excellent judgment, flexibility, and foresight. The role is located in Greenwich office location. Please note this role is 5 days a week in the office.

Location: Greenwich, CT - fully onsite
Position: Temp Executive Assistant - 4 month maternity leave coverage
Salary: $35 -$45 an hour DOE
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- complex calendar management
- travel planning (domestic and international),
- expense reports (via Concur expense systems)
- answering and managing all incoming calls
- document management
- ad hoc projects as requested.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior executives, preferably within
- financial services.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point) and Concur.
- Ability to work in a trading floor environment.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Poised under pressure, proactive, and motivated.
