What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEPTIONIST TIER 1 position at Glock?
General Purpose:
First line employee to greet and interact with customers by operating the telephone switchboard. Provide professional customer and personal service by analyzing and addressing customer concerns using established procedures to answer, screen and appropriately forward all calls.
Shift(s) Available:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Answer and properly direct all inbound calls.
Receive and correctly forward all inbound faxes.
Verify Armorer certifications for incoming parts orders.
Accurately sort, fax and or mail invoices daily.
Accurately charge customer credit card
Look up customer account numbers for inbound orders
Simple order entry
Perform other clerical duties, support company management with projects and research requirements, and assist other departments as assigned.

The work environment primarily requires the employee to work inside in a climate controlled administrative office setting and dress appropriately as set by the GLOCK company policies.
