Compensation:
- Weekly pay ($24 – $33.65 an hour based on experience)
- Reimbursement for mileage
- Monday through Friday 8-5 (weekends if outage occurs)

IT Administrator
Responsible for operation and maintenance of an organization's computer systems and networks, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and securely
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Maintaining virtual server environments
- Office 365 management including full office suite management, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Azure.
- Assisting users working with third-party vendor software.
- Managing the IP Phone system including adding and removing users, adjusting call flows, troubleshooting common issues, and maintaining phone documentation.
- Ensure server and data backup services are operational.
- Ensure system security; improve server and network efficiency by training users and promoting security awareness.
- Maintains anti-virus protection systems, keeping current knowledge of the latest threats and ensuring software is appropriately updated and functional.
- Adapts and updates security processes, applications, and tools to incorporate new software and correct errors.
- Ensures that confidential information being transmitted is appropriately encrypted.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Operating systems
- Strong knowledge of virtual server environments.
- Experience managing VoIP systems, cloud and on-prem.
- Proficient in common Networking practices and Wi-Fi standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of computer programming and risk management.
- Thorough understanding of computer-related security systems, including firewalls, password protection and authentication, and site-specific controls on physical access to computers.
- Excellent and constructive interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Other Qualifications:
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must have a reliable vehicle to drive for work (Reimbursed for mileage)
- Able to travel if needed
- Able to work weekends if outage occurs
