- Monday through Saturday – off Sunday and another assigned day

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Delivers all products/items to customer locations according to established standards and company best practices.
- Collects payment from customers (e.g., check, cash, money order)
- Works with customers at their location to ensure deliveries been made correctly and any issues are resolved before leaving.
- Communicate with customers and manage issues regarding products, delivery, etc. that arise at our customer locations to help avoid loss of sales, and inability to deliver.
- Maintains a good working relationship with customers; management and other internal employees at Glockner Oil (e.g. warehouse employees, sales employees).
- Responsible for the proper accounting of all products being delivered to our customers as well as products that are being returned to our warehouse.
- Adheres to all company policies, standards, and procedures (e.g. OSHA, DOT and safety requirements, Federal/State/Local laws); wears all required personal protective equipment.
- Trains new employees to perform proper pickup/delivery duties in accordance with established standards.
- Maintains and completes the required paperwork (e.g. DOT logs, time off requests, mileage logs, order sheets); maintains confidentiality of product pricing, customer key locations and other sensitive information.
- Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.
- Willingness to adapt to different delivery instruction, style, duties as necessary to fit the needs of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Employees must be insurable to operate a vehicle, as a condition of initial and continued employment.
- Pre-employment checks of MVR and Drug test
- Employees will be working directly with customers and must maintain appearance as well as follow a proper dress code.
- Employees must be able to retain at a minimum a Class D driver’s license or higher as well as a valid medical card (if applicable) for continued employment.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds manually in a repetitive motion and up to 2400 pounds mechanically.
