Cybersecurity Specialist - Secret Clearance
Location : Alexandria, VA (Hybrid, 2x per week in person)
Clearance Requirement : Active Secret Clearance
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This role is a critical part of securing our nation's information systems and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement system architecture and network security strategies to protect critical systems.
- Ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and oversee Certification & Accreditation (C&A) processes.
- Manage COMSEC , TEMPEST , and other communications security programs.
- Perform vulnerability assessments , risk analysis , and incident response .
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to counter emerging threats.
- Conduct security assessments , audits, and ensure policy compliance with DoD standards, including FISMA .
- Utilize tools like Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to manage cybersecurity processes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation , including acquisition documents , failure reports , and fielding plans .
