We are partnering with an innovative company dedicated to transforming the way people connect and collaborate.They are seeking a Manager, Security Engineering to play a crucial role in safeguarding their platform and ensuring the privacy and security of users' data. Reporting to the Infrastructure Director of Engineering, you will lead and manage a team of security engineers while driving the overall roadmap of security for the organization. This includes implementing security strategies that enhance the security posture and ensure compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a team of security engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
- Identify, implement, and integrate foundational security tools and technologies to enhance corporate, infrastructure, and application security, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and maintain security strategies, policies, KPIs, OKRs, roadmaps, and budget, working with internal teams to advocate for security and align on planning.
- Drive compliance with CIS, SOC2, and GDPR standards by leading security audits, assessments, and process improvements in partnership with internal teams.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and resolution, while maintaining and improving the incident response plan.
