POSITION

Do you enjoy going above and beyond and ensuring client's needs are met and exceeded? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This outstanding candidate will be a member of our Operations Group – ensuring all administrative tasks are completed at a world-class level. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Lead Client Service Associate as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Lead Client Service Associate with account openings, transfers, and account maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Lead Client Service Associate in processing client transactions, including withdrawals and deposits, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Complete all Firm-Initiated Projects including data audits, fee audits, Reporting audits, and Tax Package Preparation and delivery
  • Assist in Firm Marketing through the research and creation of Firm Newsletters, Articles, Social Media Posts and Client Webinars
  • Lead and Participate in Client Events including Planning, Preparation and Running of the events
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of our Client Experience through our Client Service Matrix.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide value-added services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to better serve clients and support your team.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in wealth management and financial services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant industry and client service experience, preferred
  • Interest in a career in financial services and open to career development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering world class service.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Growth-mindset with a passion and commitment to explore ways to grow within your role and seek out professional development

JOB TYPE

Salary Range – $50,000-$80,000 depending on experience
