The Membership Outreach Sales Representative will play a key role in driving membership growth by promoting Gloria Gates CARE to potential members. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a track record of proven success in a sales role, and self motivation with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will be field based with local travel necessary, some non traditional work hours may be required based on member event opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively engage with prospective members through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and online platforms, to promote membership offerings and convert leads into members.
- Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential members to understand their interests, preferences, and social determinants of health.
- Develop a deep understanding of membership benefits, features to effectively communicate the value of Gloria Gates CARE to potential members and address any inquiries.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community members.
- Deliver persuasive presentations or demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Gloria Gates CARE.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts with broader organizational goals, share member insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Gloria Gates CARE.
- Stay informed about industry trends, and member preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of membership strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment; at least 3-5 years of experience preferred.
