Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on immigration matters, including visas, green cards, citizenship, and deportation defense.
- Represent clients in immigration court and other legal proceedings, effectively litigating cases as necessary.
- Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, applications, and appeals related to immigration cases.
- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and regulations to ensure accurate representation of clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and prepare them for interviews or hearings.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to provide informed counsel to clients.
