ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Business Process Improvement, the Manager of Business Process Improvement contributes to the success of key strategic initiatives across the company by identifying, creating, and improving business processes across multiple functions. In this role, the Manager of Business Process Improvement works with key leaders to drive effective and efficient departmental processes and procedures relating to quality, timelines, and overall achievement of organizational initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work across business functions to complete complex transactional activities as required by customers and systems.
- Serve as a facilitator of change management, collaborate with Business unit leaders in identifying key opportunities and gaps in core business processes.
- Using quality improvement methodologies, lead and influence project teams to enhance business processes, as well as operational and functional performance across the company.
- Drive the development and implementation of cost improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic plan.
- Analyze and interpret complex business data and establish improvements to drive organizational efficiencies and improved business results.
- Implement best practices and act as a strategic advisor to drive continuous improvement.
- Consult, advise and challenge cross-functional leadership on process and performance opportunities regarding growth, customer interaction, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Make systems and reporting recommendations to support all aspects of our business.
- Establish metrics to assess operational effectiveness by segment and overall operational success.

Pay Range : $85,000 - $120,000, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
