Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Perform IV infusions and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough medical documentation of patient care activities and progress.
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures as needed.
- Provide support for patients with acute pain management needs.
- Lift and assist patients with mobility challenges, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks software for efficient patient record keeping.
Experience
- Current LVN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in home health care or a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with emergency medicine protocols and procedures.
- Experience with inpatient care and understanding of acute pain management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in medical documentation processes is essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
