ROLE PURPOSE

As Glory America’s Internal Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the internal communications strategy to ensure the vision is communicated across the Americas region, supporting operational efficiency and thought leadership. You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company’s culture. You will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure that all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values and the regional vision.

AREAS OF FOCUS

  • Ensure that the communication strategy for the business is always aligned with its vision, strategic priorities and values.
  • Support the President, Americas and executive team with their internal and corporate communication requirements.
  • Develop a communications calendar and cadence to ensure messaging is proactive, well-timed and relevant.
  • Create and deliver internal communications and thought leadership content including presentations, email updates, intranet content, short-form and long-form thought leadership content.
  • Define, develop and deliver engaging communications using a variety of channels to reach the Americas audience, including the management of the regional intranet site.
  • Develop and implement robust measurement approaches to measure effectiveness of internal communications.
  • Work with the HR team to support the company’s Great Place to Work and Employee Value Proposition programs, and to identify opportunities for employee engagement and a positive company culture.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage a publicity strategy that includes external press releases and content authoring.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS POSITION

Education Level :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing; or related field.
  • Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in B2B technology industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels within the business.
  • WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH IN THIS ROLE

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing internal communications strategies within large organizations.
  • Experience creating a variety of communications that can be strategically positioned across channels and platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills are essential with the ability to tailor information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Comfortable managing complex situations with multiple agendas, and sometimes competing priorities with the ability to offer considered counsel to people at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all areas within the team.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills essential, HTML email creation skills highly desirable.
