Glory Premier Enterprises is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Representatives. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly, building relationships, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
- Base pay: $14.75 - $17/hour uncapped commission
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed.
