We are seeking an experienced IT / IS Manager, who will serve as a primary contact point for accounting related tasks within the organization and manage a variety of accounting functions, to include preparing and recording journal entries, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting functions of Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The typic al work week for this full time salaried role is Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, or as needed. Job duties include :
- Lead and manage the IT team staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimum performance and high level of customer service to the organization.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Perform a variety of technical duties in support of the organization's needs.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage IT expenditures, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and information systems, implementing necessary safeguards and protocols.
- Coordinate and manage RFPs, vendor relationships and service agreements.
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.
