About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer on our Core Product suite, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the daily lives of over 75,000 small business owners and their clients. You'll partner with Product Management and Engineering in a high-impact, cross-functional trifecta. Your goal will be to craft cutting-edge user experiences that empower entrepreneurs to thrive and grow their businesses. You can be based remotely in the continental US, OR hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office) from our NYC headquarters.
What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end process for solving UX / UI design problems : ideate, conceptualize, test, and refineConstruct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design conceptsLead user interviews to better understand customer needs to help inform the product design strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, customer success managers, and marketers to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for GlossGenius' customersDeliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry by understanding GlossGenius's strategic and competitive positionTake initiative in thinking of new ways our users can interact with GlossGeniusWhat We're Looking For
5 years of experience in a Product Design / UX / UI or related roleDemonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product experiencesYou have experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g. Principle, Framer, Sketch, Figma, InVision)Passion for empowering small business owners to be successful; possess a high level of empathy our customers and a strong desire to deeply understand their needsExperience navigating ambiguous high-growth, fast-paced product-driven environmentsBenefits & Perks

The starting base salary for this role in New York and California is between $175,000-$200,000 target equity benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
