Glosten is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Seattle, WA office. Glosten is an employee-owned naval architecture and marine engineering firm that has served the marine industry for over 65 years. Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate to work closely with our marketing and business development team to coordinate and support a variety of tasks including:
- Support the development of qualifications packages and proposals for the firm including coordination, writing, proofing, and graphics.
- Maintain and prepare resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate copy.
- Support marketing and business development team with development of marketing collateral and promotional products.
- Support the firm's online presence including website and social media channels.
- Assist in coordination of tradeshows, conferences, and company marketing events.
- Help develop and coordinate press releases and articles in trade publications.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, shared resources, and file management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with one to four years of A/E/C marketing experience.
- Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology, marketing principles, and procedures.
- Strong writing/editing skills and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective and proactive communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and thrives within a team.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Creative Suite / Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) familiarity preferred.
- Deltek Vantagepoint familiarity preferred.
- WordPress familiarity preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Due to project restrictions, Glosten will only consider applicants with unrestricted access to work in the United States or those eligible for TN visas.
