Mechanical Engineer

GloTech is a leading fluid machinery technology and product development company located in South Florida. We are seeking to add a Mechanical Engineers to our R&D and product teams. Job duties include carrying out product development projects, as well as providing product support for completed products. We are looking for candidates with a strong engineering background, who can thrive in our dedicated, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering manager and fellow engineers on new product development projects
• Perform engineering calculations / analyses and create design drawings
• Develop QC / testing documents and collect data on prototypes
• Communicate with operations / production on manufacturing requirements and provide necessary engineering support
• After new products are released, monitor product performance, manage design updates, and provide technical support to customers
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of relevant engineering work experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
