Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repair services, and product offerings.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to help troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide support in service writing and auto estimating for customers.
- Educate customers on the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and available services such as air brake checks and tire services.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, including vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and various automotive services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
